1、战略轰炸限制：3A~9j7H8M^ [
实施战略轰炸仅限于对日美两国本土，同时禁止盟军利用中国、苏联基地和北太基地对日本实施战略轰炸。

.k2m'x9l:_ wG 双方在北太禁止一切形式的交战,北太的定义为横向53格以北北太平洋地区，包括阿拉斯加和北海道、库页岛。作为北太休战的补偿，双方部署在上述地区的部队视为最低驻军要求，一律禁止移动。m`%Ow5m BmQ

   禁止四发轰炸机对海、搜索（盟军海航除外）、反潜，四发轰炸机最低任务高度为15000英尺。B29系列和兰开斯特系列必须在7级以上机场执行任务。7M*H

4、鱼雷艇使用限制：
Vx?+pnu p    单个基地限制编成下限为4艘PT的1个鱼雷艇编队，鱼雷艇仅限用于港口防御并只能在浅海移动。即PT编队中的PT数量没有上限，除非超出上限，PT可以制造。

萨拉托加号受伤以后，应该速度派反潜船只护航，珍珠港的飞机应设置成定向反潜，至少应把舰上的飞机转移到附近的机场。
