对战规则8 ?! C" E. W- I# w. _8 B
1、战略轰炸限制：) u0 n7 o$ R0 h! |5 w+ ^- S$ K4 S" p
实施战略轰炸仅限于对日美两国本土，同时禁止盟军利用中国、苏联基地和北太基地对日本实施战略轰炸。

2、北太作战限制：
双方在北太禁止一切形式的交战,北太的定义为横向53格以北北太平洋地区，包括阿拉斯加和北海道、库页岛。作为北太休战的补偿，双方部署在上述地区的部队视为最低驻军要求，一律禁止移动。
( s9 s( J! w4 P- o
3、四发使用限制：" ?7 _3 V2 J9 i/ O. ~9 W( k
禁止四发轰炸机对海、搜索、反潜，四发轰炸机最低任务高度为20000英尺。必须在5级以上机场执行任务，其中B29系列和兰开斯特系列必须在7级以上机场执行任务。* d7 W1 w+ K7 I" \% }
% ?, X# \; {. G) _" k3 Z8 E
4、鱼雷艇使用限制：4 ]+ h- g/ O: u. @  j' o
单个基地限制编成上限为6艘PT的1个鱼雷艇编队，鱼雷艇仅限用于港口防御并只能在浅海移动。

5、舰队编成限制：
不得以单舰或小舰队方式停泊在前线港口，具体来说如果有多艘船只靠港，则每个舰队不少于4艘，此规则无论对敌控或我控港口均有效。目的是防止触发太多水面战。

6、部队出国限制：
6.1任何情况下盟军不得进入和利用苏联基地作战。8 B; N# V& D, L  h
6.2中国国军地面部队必须改属为中国远征军（HQ为NCAC、X部队、Y部队、Z部队）才能出国作战。且必须在HQ到达后才可以相应改属。' O9 c* C, ~. [6 e6 B
6.3英属印度司令部所属地面部队不得通过陆路进入缅甸作战。- ~: u5 @$ v5 R8 p+ ]* ~' ]
6.4中国伪军只能在中国本土作战，泰国军队只能用于印度支那、马来半岛、缅甸作战。/ V  Y' Y- ^2 o3 k' a: F9 D; h
6.5派遣军、关东军只有改属为非受限司令部的部队才能出战区作战。3 [  A: L; o, b( h/ A) V8 F& p8 Q" @

7、日苏开战限制：
日本满洲驻军8000战力必须满足，日军不得在45年之前攻击苏联，不得故意激活苏联。2 _$ `" h. S7 _7 C) G- U# ]$ w

8、登陆限制：7 x2 \9 d+ R& i/ d
只能登陆基地和潜在基地。

9、伞兵使用限制：5 s0 H8 v9 B: a8 e1 j3 g7 z8 b" i
单个伞兵部队同时只能在一个基地空降。如果空降突击战斗调整值小于1：1且战斗值小于1：1，此伞兵作重创处理，3个月内不允许再次空降。  H0 V2 f& @+ F& T9 {7 s$ }/ o

10、飞机对海攻击使用限制：`! ~$ f* p0 z* @3 b/ w9 j2 f
机型类别为中型轰炸机的需10000英尺以上高度执行对海任务。

11、美军地面部队印度洋战场使用限制： 4 {: O( h1 \( }* p7 t' ]4 R# Q! E$ i
美军只有隶属于ABDA和东南亚的司令部的地面部队才能在印度作战。

12、地图外移动限制：! R, R* Y; O3 s8 j& ]$ ~) H
盟军不能将地图外的基地作为进攻出发点，除非所有可以作为出发点的基地全部被占。* U/ x% T1 T9 y& r4 i6 H2 V& v
* w. y( c* ~3 [! P. q
13、地面部队改属限制：* s0 w4 E, ?  k- j
日盟地面部队除国军外，改属必须达到编制的80%及以上，并且必须花费完全PP才能改属（即不能改属到同战区的其他HQ来达到节约PP的目的）
0 b: \/ N& I2 v0 b
14、舰载机手动调整编制限制：
只有舰载机队才能在所隶属的舰艇上执行手动调整机队编制大小（resize），并且每艘舰艇只能1个机队进行调整，系统指定的编制调整除外。( w6 I4 z( n. O9 B: o
0 F5 X- Z/ G2 c( q/ \; V
15.同温层战斗机使用限制：
禁止双方战斗机极限高度的同温层扫场和直掩行为，具体为双方战斗机执行扫场(Sweep)、直掩(CAP)任务的最大高度以该战斗机的第2最好机动性高度为上限。$ l+ {) S4 m4 p0 F0 L8 y5 w
) N# Z8 H$ @7 b1 k6 N; T: G' v
16、地面部队堵路限制：; k, J$ A1 _( j5 a, V$ t
双方部队相邻格对向前进时，禁止采用小部队故意阻挠对方前进的堵路行为。# e* B* @4 q) T. {% {5 x. ~

16、日军资源地  M* D% s4 U7 S3 v& b' I
巨港，巴力巴班和泗水这三地，若日方攻下，资源破坏超过50%，可以允许回档。算是给日方的一些优惠吧。  g# m' p9 ^  C3 ^; ^
& o: t5 Z) e/ i6 p
17、地面部队做战限制
不允许小部队突击消耗补给的行为。同时，需要注意过河自动突击的情况。$ [( U, F2 S$ B. Y

以上房规为基本房规，随着战事进行如发现不合理之处双方可以通过友好协商，重新修订部分房规条文。

这档陈荣可能仍用1123Q的存档，可能将来会出BUG, 房规中缺少对大艇使用限制
6.3英属印度司令部所属地面部队不得通过陆路进入缅甸作战。这个有时间限制没，历史上的1943年9月反攻缅甸，1944年8月占领密支那

首回合一定要同样版本的EXE，否则日军会有空子钻，建议盟军方面要求此首回合作废，待统一EXE后再进行首回合部署。

入缅的问题我们以27和红叶的为准。毕竟他们有实际经验。他们也是需要改属的。真到了44年，政治点是用不完的。
