一、对战设置对战规则2 W6 @; M  ?  B9 _: I$ }
1、战略轰炸限制:
1 }; u0 o* K5 D: {实施战略轰炸仅限于对日美两国本土,同时禁止盟军利用中国、苏联基地和北太基地对日本实施战略轰炸。
4 c# R. x0 q1 R8 J& p6 f2、北太作战限制:
; R& G4 `3 j' W# I9 p" z双方在北太禁止一切形式的交战,北太的定义为横向53格以北北太平洋地区,包括阿拉斯加和北海道、库页岛。作为北太休战的补偿,双方部署在上述地区的部队视为最低驻军要求,一律禁止移动。3 t: r$ B! i& [) @$ V; V0 J8 S
3、四发使用限制:- H! w# u) L% _3 _4 r" ^
禁止四发轰炸机对海、搜索、反潜,四发轰炸机最低任务高度为10000英尺。必须在5级以上机场执行任务,其中B29系列和兰开斯特系列必须在7级以上机场执行任务。0 M6 t+ w% T, }& _2 B, b+ L
4、鱼雷艇使用限制:2 H) h) M; l) n
单个基地限制编成上限为6艘PT的1个鱼雷艇编队,鱼雷艇仅限用于港口防御并只能在浅海移动。

7 o& d  U8 {& g: O不得以单舰或小舰队方式停泊在前线港口,具体来说如果有多艘船只靠港,则每个舰队不少于4艘,此规则无论对敌控或我控港口均有效。目的是防止触发太多水面战。
' {9 h& e" u$ q' b6、部队出国限制:8 n1 |! `2 p5 S# `1 k8 z
6.1任何情况下盟军不得进入和利用苏联基地作战。$ z) N# o( _" R5 u+ Z; h- L* O
6.2中国国军地面部队必须改属为中国远征军(HQ为NCAC、X部队、Y部队、Z部队)才能出国作战。9 o3 d% ~! O) j2 f; L9 A1 i9 n+ |
6.3英属印度司令部所属地面部队不得通过陆路进入缅甸作战。

日本满洲驻军8000战力必须满足,日军不得在45年之前攻击苏联,不得故意激活苏联。

美军只有隶属于ABDA和东南亚的司令部的地面部队才能在印度作战。
