一、对战设置对战规则' F" M. }9 v0 _$ E- R
1、战略轰炸限制：
1 _9 A: q4 p& R- K  \( {9 w实施战略轰炸仅限于对日美两国本土，同时禁止盟军利用中国、苏联基地和北太基地对日本实施战略轰炸。6 a7 d" r' b2 }- p* z3 ]
2、北太作战限制：

6、部队出国限制：
