实施战略轰炸仅限于对日美两国本土,同时禁止盟军利用中国、苏联基地和北太基地对日本实施战略轰炸。

2、北太作战限制:

6 k/ T7 t6 ~: `3、四发使用限制:
. y/ `: B2 w' |; [6 e禁止四发轰炸机对海、搜索、反潜,四发轰炸机最低任务高度为20000英尺。必须在5级以上机场执行任务,其中B29系列和兰开斯特系列必须在7级以上机场执行任务。% t6 m3 n! _# [2 U, B

4、鱼雷艇使用限制:& ^& a+ }# \) j3 G- l* e4 U
单个基地限制编成上限为6艘PT的1个鱼雷艇编队,鱼雷艇仅限用于港口防御并只能在浅海移动。; \# `* r+ X% W
% c3 a( o0 p: G& Y2 e3 w  L
5、舰队编成限制:
  c5 Q# z1 V# s% d1 z" n不得以单舰或小舰队方式停泊在前线港口,具体来说如果有多艘船只靠港,则每个舰队不少于4艘,此规则无论对敌控或我控港口均有效。目的是防止触发太多水面战。: l7 d* j+ ~) N: i5 f  @1 B
7 O+ w& H# l9 ]. J% y" q  p
6、部队出国限制:
3 m9 t4 J* R* h6.1任何情况下盟军不得进入和利用苏联基地作战。
1 ]3 G* O7 _$ V) ^6.2中国国军地面部队必须改属为中国远征军(HQ为NCAC、X部队、Y部队、Z部队)才能出国作战。且必须在HQ到达后才可以相应改属。

日本满洲驻军8000战力必须满足,日军不得在45年之前攻击苏联,不得故意激活苏联。

8、登陆限制:

10、飞机对海攻击使用限制:`

16、日军资源地

首回合一定要同样版本的EXE,否则日军会有空子钻,建议盟军方面要求此首回合作废,待统一EXE后再进行首回合部署。

西雅图其实可以打一打,北太虽有线,但毕竟是为了避免无谓的战斗,西雅图这种重镇还是有战略价值的,不过说回来,正常来说不太可能拿下,西海岸精锐部队太多鸟,蝗军就几辆豆丁坦克,玩不过美军装甲师的

逼迫KB远离珍珠港很有意义,这样会增加KB空袭的代价,另外不要小看DD对KB的攻击,先不说有可能命中航母鱼雷,仅仅想一下KB千里远征,无法补充炮弹这一点就值得一干。

没办法呀,珍珠港里没ca了,那两条航母我损失得起,而且因为没有舰载机补充,开局相当长时间内,美军航母没有日军使用效率高,拼一把划得来,如果AE能实现从航母出发攻击KB后降落珍珠港 这计划就可行了

KB的主要价值在于它出动的攻击波是真正能对58形成致命威胁的攻击波
