二、对战规则! N3 F& P9 n, g& R/ S+ b' }* J
1、战略轰炸限制：
实施战略轰炸仅限于对日美两国本土，同时禁止盟军利用中国、苏联基地和北太基地对日本实施战略轰炸。3 Q& q. j; F& H7 j1 q- f+ o3 v( q
2、北太作战限制：& q2 ~" A: H$ w; q: V& l8 j
双方在北太禁止一切形式的交战,北太的定义为横向53格以北北太平洋地区，包括阿拉斯加和北海道、库页岛。作为北太休战的补偿，双方部署在上述地区的部队视为最低驻军要求，一律禁止移动。
3、四发使用限制：, S' p) l4 a& Y! V; u5 ]- T
禁止四发轰炸机对海、搜索（盟军海航除外）、反潜，四发轰炸机最低任务高度为15000英尺。B29系列和兰开斯特系列必须在7级以上机场执行任务。  s, k$ \' d+ d7 r$ E
4、鱼雷艇使用限制：. B% U) h" d5 M, V9 R; ~) I
单个基地限制编成下限为4艘PT的1个鱼雷艇编队，鱼雷艇仅限用于港口防御并只能在浅海移动。即PT编队中的PT数量没有上限，除非超出上限，PT可以制造。: A2 `  w6 q5 Z2 @8 |
5、舰队编成限制：4 B8 H9 a  X/ x6 a4 m# N6 W4 o
不得以单舰或小舰队方式停泊在前线港口，具体来说如果有多艘船只靠港，则每个舰队不少于4艘，此规则无论对敌控或我控港口均有效。目的是防止触发太多水面战。$ c6 K) ~8 R, z8 X9 o$ L
6、部队出国限制：
6.1任何情况下盟军不得进入和利用苏联基地作战。
6.2中国国军地面部队必须改属为中国远征军（HQ为NCAC、X部队、Y部队、Z部队）才能出国作战。- h. R3 m6 z+ N
6.3英属印度司令部所属地面部队不得通过陆路进入缅甸作战。4 a& o4 a4 m* [8 [# Y3 T. r
6.4中国伪军只能在中国本土作战，泰国军队只能用于印度支那、马来半岛、缅甸作战。  C5 d+ ~, O4 e- a9 v5 {
6.5派遣军、关东军只有改属为非受限司令部的部队才能入印作战。/ S' Q1 u8 `8 h9 N' }
7、日苏开战限制：
日本满洲驻军8000战力必须满足，日军不得在45年之前攻击苏联，不得故意激活苏联。( ]- i  M0 k8 {: p5 P
8、登陆限制：
   只能登陆基地和潜在基地。
9、伞兵使用限制：$ o( b3 ]+ X# i. e9 e7 k
单个伞兵部队同时只能在一个基地空降。
10、飞机对海攻击使用限制：
1943年7月前禁止任何飞机对海超低空（100英尺）跳弹行为0 i: Q' Z' T7 ?7 h4 v- u- U
机型类别为中型轰炸机的需6000英尺以上高度执行对海任务。! ~& r- p# K9 L
11、美军地面部队印度洋战场使用限制： 3 i5 W4 r: P( u; S+ C* D/ `3 {
美军只有隶属于ABDA和东南亚的司令部的地面部队才能在印度作战。* D( n% ?! t3 Y% G4 `
12、地面部队必须全PP改属
13、禁止大艇对海攻击) v3 S" R; L8 x, L
14、DD及以上水面舰队只能在一级港口及以上基地解散/ R5 n3 j0 ~) d0 }) Q8 X% v6 v- p
2015-05-19增加房规：& N) K6 \9 M/ K6 e2 m+ m# U
15、SS不得进入地图外接壤的航道格，既地图上为深蓝色的格子" C. t+ J% F: O% G6 }3 F
以上房规为基本房规，随着战事进行如发现不合理之处双方可以通过友好协商可以重新修订修正部分房规条文。

主要是盟军前期飞机损失大了，特别是鱼雷机对日本威胁很大，应该重点保护，不要一开始死拼。巨港可以重点步雷，另外BB进不了浅水，集中南洋的CA,CL和DD在飞虎队的掩护下保护巨港。。。16日MIN还需几天才能到位，其实这是一个突击日本的机会。。。

巨港有布雷的，八戒的水雷用的挺风骚。不过我也带了DMS先入场扫雷，所以没有舰船受损。
q# \ S: T; o9 v8 C0 R
我觉得巨港守备的关键是鱼雷机，如果菲律宾的P40撤下来做护航，鱼雷机还是可以打出战果的。要想速攻巨港，日军只有山口洋基地以及miniKB可以提供航空支援。而盟军有新加坡、巨港、巴达维亚三个大机场，我觉得是南洋防御中最为有利的一个环节。巨港陷落后，日军只需要在陆攻航程内作战即可，感觉轻松得多。

突袭58！ 2CV的58舰队近日来到澳洲北部，居然胆大妄为的接近安文岛12格距离。可能大统领认为安文岛刚刚攻占，没有air HQ无法带雷出击，其实登陆次日HQ就已经上岸。在发现58踪迹后，该岛上已经准备了零战、一式陆攻150余架，做好了突袭的准备，可惜今天天佑盟军，居然早晚两拨攻击均有30余架路攻迷航，未能对58造成损失，仅有40CAP的58舰队逃过一劫

此时KB恰巧正在澳洲东部海域企图偷袭布里斯班港口，因为TF58很可能在这里加油。得知发现58踪迹后，当然立即折返北上，开始追击。当然此时距离30+格，不太可能追上，因此日军设计了三层拦截网试图拖延TF58的速度。+ R& G; E: }$ \' E
. C* o" |- K* z) ]
陷阱一：裸奔莫尔斯比！! W2 r$ R, ~3 H, Y
明知58在附近，日军依然派出没有空中掩护的登陆船队，试图诱惑58前来攻击，埋伏在侧的KB则可以迅速接近。但大统领因为TF58缺乏油料，未进行攻击。但58缺乏油料这一情报也为后续的追击埋下了伏笔。

陷阱二：安文岛伏击战！2 R( s$ w9 z: i& L" X+ E4 W
TF58可能打算在达尔文加油，而后支援爪哇战场，这就必不可免的通过安文岛附近海域，此时安文岛刚刚占领，盟军可能还不以该基地为威胁。后来发生的事情参见之前帖子，由于一式陆攻集体迷航，未能对58形成打击。

陷阱三：海狼出击！
一直活跃在南洋各个要道的帝国海狼部队第一时间迅速赶往达尔文附近海域拦截TF58，其数量之多密度之大一度让大统领以为日本计划速攻澳洲。但可惜的是，20+潜艇均未能找到攻击机会，TF58安然无恙的穿过了设伏海域。

吕号作战Part2：奥西追击战，老天再次保佑盟军

潜艇部队虽然没有拦截到TF58，但在达尔文附近击沉TK多艘，因此日军猜测TF58的加油计划未能完成，极有可能去澳西的帕斯港口继续加油。此时日军的KB距离58约25格左右，因为有AO伴随，因此决定加油后油船返回，KB则继续追击，突入奥西海域。. z$ Q+ e$ ?8 V2 T1 F

一路上日军使用很多AKL作为侦查舰，一路密切跟踪TF58的位置。相对的，盟军虽然知道KB在奥北，但并没有在澳洲西北部的诸多港口布置水上飞机侦查，根据日军掌握的情况，最后一次KB被发现是在12月29日达尔文以西10格左右，应该是被泗水的侦察机看到了。此后KB静默航行，直到42年1月1日，发起突袭的前一天，KB依然没有被发现，此时KB距离帕斯港口仅仅14格。

42年1月2日，KB到达了预定海域：距离帕斯6格的伏击地点。今天天气整体不错，仅有部分地区有小雨。随后侦察机发来报告：发现大量盟军舰队，包括TF58、大量油船、以及其它辅助船只。
其中TF58距离KB仅3格，可谓天赐良机！可惜南云忠一果然不给力，居然没有攻击58，而是选择了TK、DD等作为目标！
全天KB出动了多轮攻击波，击沉盟军TK等各类舰船10+艘。南云的捷报发到大本营直接被骂成一坨屎，放着大好的决战机会不打，简直是脑子进水！

现在盟军的战略只有一个字：龟！1、舰队全部绕远路逃到珍珠港或西海岸（还要防范偷袭珍珠港大招），依靠潜艇消耗日本，也可利用一些纯Dd舰队偷袭防守弱的海警占岛队。44年前出来就是死路一条！2，布防南太的重点岛屿约2个左右（最好布防不容易被炮击的环焦）。3、悉尼和卡拉奇龟缩，悉尼直接龟缩，印度军队可有技巧分散，布防铁路线的要地，其他军队战转状态看形势。最最重要一点，这两地方拼命运补记。（澳洲航线可派垃圾船和大艇警戒防Kb），印度，澳洲，新西兰有增援，日本要进攻也要掂量。4、中国战场全力退防山地丛林，利用河流防包围。5、全力扩编飞机队训练，储备飞行员做好消耗的基础。这个时候是考验耐心的时候，做好这些，记住一个原则，：飞机被打可以生产，军队被灭可以重生，船特别是大船被灭就是少一艘是一艘！

另外，如果日本进攻印度，要想办法让日本走路，而不能被空降后战转。如果对自己部署没把握，也可保守点往后退深一些。澳洲由于可登陆的地方多，更要防止截断退悉尼的道路。就算这些地方丢了，日本防守面积增大，也不好弄。保存舰队实力才是关键，切不可贪小便宜让大船再冒险！能给的建议就这些啦，剩下看技术和Rp了！

大陆战场憋着训练一个月的飞虎队从出江湖，直接扫场殴打菠萝大陆陆航隼一个1比10。国军轰炸机队直接对四川平原上的鬼子以每天轰炸死伤1000人的速度大量杀伤。天皇不速调0战参战，四川境内的鬼子将成送肉大军。i另外在秦岭，2000+战力国军已经切断这伙3000战力进川鬼子补给。轰炸数月之后再收拾这伙冒进之敌。澳西方面，攻克印尼后2000战力的鬼子于42年1月1日在KB掩护下登陆澳西。妄图攻占澳西重镇珀斯。战况进行中，等待后续战况。

对于这次失利，完全是米军巡逻机判断失误，巡逻机发现前有数艘DD CL AP等船只从达尔文东下，航速13节。本以为是从南洋调派过来准备登陆澳东的运输部队，估摸着会先到莫尔斯比整顿。所以调集数艘CA CL准备在莫尔斯比偷一把撤退。
结果。。。尼玛居然是日军KB舰队。- r5 V7 s* [ j0 J
大统领已将这批60多经验巡逻机驾驶员全部打回学校再教育。

不日即将玉碎的日军当天就反击成功，盟军再次吃了情报不准的亏，200多战斗力的第二澳大利亚师打的只有100了。其实大部分日军早已上岸，仅损失40AV左右。
大本营对米畜的战斗精神还是高度赞扬，在危险海域不惧发起攻击，日军以后要更加谨慎的作战了

大陆崩盘已成定局，四只能够改属的国军部队已经在珠峰附近集结，随时准备改属之后撤往印度吃美国大米。澳大利亚和缅甸方面基本只能抵抗到42年中旬。盟军目前的打算是巩固帕果到珍珠港一线的防线。然后就是无聊的等待58和地狱猫。

42年2月25日。日军再一次在航道内第一格用潜艇击沉盟军一艘Apd，对于这种第二次违反规定的行为，大统领表示强烈抗议。日军开始在新西兰各地登陆，已各处登陆兵力合计约两千战力。经过番号统计，前几日进攻南迪和努阿美的几个日军师团皆出现。盟军已集中好部队死守奥克兰，不过守住的希望不大。目前日军潜艇多集中在卡拉齐和帕果帕果到西海岸一线。
另外一条重要消息是在帕果帕果西南，苏瓦东南基地维纽维瓦附近的一只ca,cl编队被日军潜艇发现。偷袭日军运输船的计划败露。盟军舰只正全速撤离该地区。

日军再次在卡拉齐附近航道水域击沉满载澳大利亚21旅的运输船AP，导致澳7师无法合并。经过友好协商。规定可以将国军一个正规军不通过改属直接投入印度战场。; u, T7 L, T1 \" W& _" b
同时盟军为了回击日军的嚣张气焰，从帕果帕果出发，夜间炮击了苏瓦。当场击毁日军陆攻一架，击伤0战等各类飞机数十架。白天，帕果帕果出发的四发继续对苏瓦机场压制，日军仅仅起飞数架隼式战，反被四发击落三架。可惜受到干扰，四发仅击中机场跑道四弹。! }2 ^0 [8 M3 c( l s

2月28号，最后一天，日军开始对昆明机场进行扫场，全天飞虎队表现太差，损失了18架飞机。还好英国飓风表现抢眼，全天击落日军零战隼共计12架。基本达到一比二。另外盟军潜艇发威，在九州岛南端击沉没有护航的日军akl三艘。同时日军kb和潜艇开始向盟军占据的帕果帕果附近前进。南太将要迎来一场恶战。

盟军利用雷雨云成功躲避掉日军侦察机的搜索，夜间突袭了日军苏瓦港，击沉老式条约型轻巡夕张号。并中创日军苏瓦机场，付出了三艘dd的代价，并成功吸引了kb注意，正全速赶往苏瓦。

3月6日。日军已经攻占了新西兰大部分港口。缅甸战场一个泰国师妄图从后方包围固守kata的英印联军。殊不知国军正切断这只泰国部队退路。另外日军一只四艘30节的舰队正在坎顿岛附近行动。目前还看不出目的。

3月7日，被日军在科仑坡西两格，洛杉矶西南四格，旧金山西南七格击沉了三艘空的ak.卡拉齐西北三格击伤一艘载有印度地勤部队的ak。前几日坎顿附近晃悠的三十节船队消失，可能是天气影响也有可能是意图暴露全速撤退。
苏瓦附近埋伏的潜艇被kb反潜重创一艘，菠萝桑还是比较谨慎的，kb都没有走最短路线而是绕着走。这个天皇有点棘手啊。
Kb正在苏瓦附近晃悠，登陆新西兰的运输舰队已撤退至努啊美。目前发现土鲁克附近有大量电波信号。应该是日军下一步进攻的前期信号。

3月8日兰州陷落，日军开始进攻西宁。科伦坡以西一格的ss怎么都击不沉。盟军调来俯冲轰炸机继续反潜。kb在维瓦维瓦西南九格地方出现。搜索的99 97发现了维瓦维瓦的舰队，当然付出的代价是被直掩战斗机击落十来架。菠萝的kb继续东进。看来一场空中恶战不可避免。美军战斗机已经严阵以待。岸炮水雷已经摆好架势等待炮轰。' F$ t/ K M, A

战争进行到42年3月初，不知不觉开战已经3个月了，这三个月里，天黄实施了一贯的闪击战术，南方军迅速在整个太平洋展开，完全占领南洋以及PM、瓜岛、NC一线。其它各个战场还在胶着中，具体战况总结如下：

   派遣军沿着西安、剑阁、贵阳的既定攻击路线，突破了国军防守，并把国军剩余兵力成功切割为四川盆地、云南、长沙三块。接下来将逐步蚕食之，目前进展最快的是长沙周边，已经绕道切入长沙后方，攻占衡阳等三城，很快长沙将变成一座孤城。

缅甸战场：# B( F# ^. `; B2 s& D) G
   南方军和泰国军队占领缅甸大部，合力将缅甸守军逼退到密支那和小点城katha。正在逐渐包围中。

   攻占克拉克基地、巴丹等地后，正在向盟军最后的据点马尼拉推进。

   大部已经占领，正在向滕南克里克、爱丽斯泉一线行军中。
奥西战场：

   从诺曼顿登陆后，逐渐得到后续支援的奥东分队正在稳步向南推进。+ ~, O+ J. X$ c- u

   占领斐济全境后，盟军大幅增援了瓦瓦吴、帕果帕果等据点，目前正在对持中。

2月南方军占领斐济以后，盟军快速增援了瓦瓦乌、帕果帕果一带，集结了初期可以动用的大部分军力，包括2个师左右的陆军，400余架各式飞机，以及包括多艘CA在内的水面力量。

3月1日，盟军CA编队悍然突入苏瓦港，击沉当地的守备舰队旗舰轻巡夕张号后并炮击了机场，此举促使天皇最终决定彻底解决南太问题。

开战以来，南方军虽然进展神速，但主要是依仗盟军尚未完全展开，重点攻击其薄弱位置，并未受到太多抵抗。此次进攻南太，则是首次强攻盟军重点设防的堡垒，势必产生剧烈的冲突。/ I3 H7 o- n; D! L* L

第一役：瓦瓦乌破袭战
盟军在瓦瓦乌布置了100余架战斗机，严重影响了日军岸基航空兵的行动，42年3月8日，日军重巡夜间突入该岛，实施了第一次炮火准备，将该地机场炸为一片废墟。

，真是身先士卒。同时，惊喜的发现岛上居然还存有15万补给、5万燃油。美国大兵生活质量真高啊.....16军成员士气高涨，纷纷表示还是美国罐头好吃，此役受到重创的台湾第二步兵团打算常驻此岛休整

3月12日。盟军的南太防御受制于没有航母和水面舰队换装，对于南太防御本不抱希望。日军登陆优势明显，第一天就轻松运上3个师团一个旅团的兵力。为了给澳大利亚方面防御争取时间，只能在南太对日军进行牵制，并尽可能创造战果。对于日军的进攻，盟军精锐的陆战一师，陆战二师，亚美尼加师将在帕果帕果进行输死抵抗。
本日，大陆战场兰州，国军6个军成功重创日军一个独立大队及一个旅团，日军死伤6000余人，国军仅有百余人受伤。西北至少2个月内不会被日军侵占。而在保山附近，远征军居然和一个泰国保安师A部打成1比1，着实让大统领失望，好在泰国师损失严重，不日即将拿下。另外澳6师已经翻过野人山进入缅甸。不日即将击溃日军。
