手册上说:"补给船(depots/tenders)必须停在至少1级的港口基地内才能发挥作用"(Tenders must be located in a hex with a port of at least size 1 in order to perform their duties.见原manaul14.2.1).

问题:1.要把他们组成TF停在港口才能发挥作用?" ]* b4 x+ ]8 t$ h( ]+ s" o) v- S' N

2.把他们解散在港口发挥作用?

3.1和2都可以发挥作用?

3级以上港口方可行使解散指令
