AE第三个正式补丁发布之前,按照惯例,先发布了公开测试补丁,应求提供下载。最值得期待的是从本补丁起,AE通过在EXE快捷方式之后加参数的方法支持宽屏显示了,具体用法见说明。

* l* I5 Z7 g; c$ p以前看到的其实是1024×768在宽屏下被拉伸后的图像,看到真正的宽屏后还真有点不适应。" E, O6 H: m$ R1 s0 _5 D/ F3 R4 b$ U8 v

顺带提醒一下:分辨率-py不足1000的一定要在前边加“0”才行的' W1 K; D# J* c' W: e/ J2 m5 O
例如:-px1280 -py0800 或-px1440 -py0900

5 [" P% j7 e* N不需要序列号的,以后本坛提供的所有AE补丁只需要覆盖安装即可。

Hooked up to my 21 inch monitor (1680x1050), it worked, but only at this resolution. Several pixels were cut off in the window mode. Nonetheless, the wide screen is truly amazing!

小白一下,请问在那里设置支持宽屏的功能呀?我右键点了桌面上图标的属性,在目标栏"F:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\autorun.exe"后面加上px1680 –py1050 之后点应用改不了~~~不知为何?请高人指点。

原来在后面加一个空格就能修改了,可是奇怪了我在目标栏后面加了–px1680 –py1050 怎么进游戏还是被拉伸了的画面同原来的没变化~~~

试试 -px1280 -py0800和 -px1440 -py0900这些标准分辨率吧。

What is the resolution of your display? Mine only works if I set the switch to the same resolution as my monitor. For example, if my monitor is 1680x1050, then -px1680 -py1050 -w will work, but -px1440 -py0900 -w won't. If I set the monitor to 1440x900, then only -px1440 -py0900 -w will work but not any other switches . So my window mode has to be the size of my display with several pixels cuff off at the bottom of the window. That is the 4th row showing industry, repair, etc. It won't affect game play. I thinks it is a video drive issue. Depends on your graphic card.

) K& M* K7 x9 k; P/ L  p# XI like to play in the window mode because I can access my planning map, AE tracker and other tools at the same time. I can't do that in full screen mode.

No, not the quick start shortcut pointed to autorun.exe. You need to create a shortcut to "War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe." Then add the switch to the shortcut you just created. Mine is like this: "D:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -px1680 -py1050 -wd# t8 t$ U# ^, ?' o
-wd is window mode + save daily

What is the resolution of your display? Mine only works if I set the switch to the same resolution as my monitor. For example, if my monitor is 1680x1050, then -px1680 -py1050 -w will work, but -px144 ...- s6 c1 Z8 k; V6 A

1 E1 P" h6 a/ r" A, I0 S我和你是类似的问题,窗口只能设置成和显示器一样的分辨率。游戏的窗口会被切掉一部分,但是就算这样,我这里真正的游戏画面一直保持1024*768* f% e- \& F* h
' K3 F9 O4 e' ~, X+ H+ E- M# u
你说有可能是驱动问题提醒了我,我用的是intel 板载的显卡,回头换一台独立显卡的机器试试看
