经过几天的修整,并更换了部分部队的指挥官后,盟军在强大的海军和空军掩护下再次对波那佩日军发动攻击,这次的攻击毙伤了和第一次攻击差不多的鬼子,不过盟军的损失下降了不少,盟军和日军战斗力的对比应该进一步扩大了
