库塞伊登陆D+1 day,TF58主动北进波纳佩寻战KB,不过很遗憾并没有发现KB的踪影,盟军舰队炮击了波纳佩和库塞伊,瘫痪了这一带日军日军唯一的6级机场波纳佩。库塞伊岛上日军作风顽强,无奈实力差距太大,盟军首日谨慎攻击打出1:1,给予日军重创,自损轻微。6 H5 |1 w1 K7 K7 g/ v) g" c7 q

实际情况是这些飞机都是对莫港扫场和轰炸的,不过由于天气原因一部分飞机停在机场上没有起飞,其他的飞机把莫港机场再次炸烂

这些损失跟盟军正在策划的进攻相比简直不值一提,盟军自从43年4月反攻以来所损失最大的不过三条CVE,相比之下盟军各条战线节节推进,联合舰队疲于奔命,偶尔被日军偷袭个机场港口什么的,属于娱乐大众的行为艺术,根本不在大统领日常关心的范围之内啊

另外说到为什么盟军后方的机场没什么直掩,那是因为最近盟军前线机场被日本战斗机扫的生活不能自理,几个前线9级机场都被或多或少的攻击,盟军必须把有限的精锐战机集中起来保护这几个对战役起关键作用的9级机场,后方的港口机场就难免有疏漏了,而且盟军地勤有限,不能保证每个基地的地勤,放1-2队战斗机这种不利于宏观管理的动作大统领也就懒得做了,这次被天蝗偷到几条船,不过总体来说日军能偷袭的机会并不多
