% a8 Q# ~# \) Q, O- `8 Z& L此时KB恰巧正在澳洲东部海域企图偷袭布里斯班港口,因为TF58很可能在这里加油。得知发现58踪迹后,当然立即折返北上,开始追击。当然此时距离30+格,不太可能追上,因此日军设计了三层拦截网试图拖延TF58的速度。

陷阱一:裸奔莫尔斯比!
! K& A; }  F" b- r* g) n5 w明知58在附近,日军依然派出没有空中掩护的登陆船队,试图诱惑58前来攻击,埋伏在侧的KB则可以迅速接近。但大统领因为TF58缺乏油料,未进行攻击。但58缺乏油料这一情报也为后续的追击埋下了伏笔。( |7 g' n1 ^) ]0 J3 y+ @

& L; c% f1 @( v# E. j9 G9 |) FTF58可能打算在达尔文加油,而后支援爪哇战场,这就必不可免的通过安文岛附近海域,此时安文岛刚刚占领,盟军可能还不以该基地为威胁。后来发生的事情参见之前帖子,由于一式陆攻集体迷航,未能对58形成打击。

一直活跃在南洋各个要道的帝国海狼部队第一时间迅速赶往达尔文附近海域拦截TF58,其数量之多密度之大一度让大统领以为日本计划速攻澳洲。但可惜的是,20+潜艇均未能找到攻击机会,TF58安然无恙的穿过了设伏海域。

吕号作战Part2:奥西追击战,老天再次保佑盟军

潜艇部队虽然没有拦截到TF58,但在达尔文附近击沉TK多艘,因此日军猜测TF58的加油计划未能完成,极有可能去澳西的帕斯港口继续加油。此时日军的KB距离58约25格左右,因为有AO伴随,因此决定加油后油船返回,KB则继续追击,突入奥西海域。

9 Z1 D. _" \" M3 W" s一路上日军使用很多AKL作为侦查舰,一路密切跟踪TF58的位置。相对的,盟军虽然知道KB在奥北,但并没有在澳洲西北部的诸多港口布置水上飞机侦查,根据日军掌握的情况,最后一次KB被发现是在12月29日达尔文以西10格左右,应该是被泗水的侦察机看到了。此后KB静默航行,直到42年1月1日,发起突袭的前一天,KB依然没有被发现,此时KB距离帕斯港口仅仅14格。

; u$ W2 A) k. |/ ^: i6 F42年1月3日,此时局面变的非常简单了,KB和58相距3格,KB在北,58在南。下回合58必定全速逃窜,就看KB移动的方向是否是和58相同了。一个简单而直接的赌博。  Z: c/ z* V4 J

这里日军最终做出了返回向北移动的选择。因为在58以南海域埋伏的3条SS已经被盟军发现,之前吃过SS亏的盟军对反潜还是相当重视,上回合列克星敦还被SS攻击了,我想经历过达尔文海狼围剿的盟军不敢贸然向南穿越潜艇封锁线。当然这都是乱猜,其实就是赌了一把。而这次幸运的是,日军赌赢了。/ t2 t9 K# z, v. _
