按TOE补充，凡是TOE没有的东西，丢了就不会补充，个别火炮等技术装备除外，pool里有什么就补充什么。但也不是毫无限制。
Soldiers and sailors would fight like madmen to hang on to the red-light district . . . wouldn’t they?

人数我觉得都是拿来娱乐大众的，意义不大。我看一个人员单位，不管是步兵，工兵，还是support，应该都按10人算吧，坦克大炮之类的不知道如何算。其实你选个简单的单位，比如日本坦克团什么的，很容易就算出来了。
