An enquiry from Chinese fans

Hi Pauk,

I have a group of Chinese WITP fans. We read the AARs of PzB and yours everyday.
Very appreciate your brilliant command art in those AARs. We also play PBEM by ourselves for a period time. However, we feel lack of communication with world top-level WITP commanders. If you feel interesting and have enough free time, we would like to invite you as chief commander and form a Joint Chiefs of Staff (inviting as many chief staffs as you like) to accept our challenge.

To show our great sincerity, you can select either side (Allied or Jap) with your confidence. We prefer to use the last official version (1.804) to open this PBEM. House law can be discussed, once you accept our enquiry to open the new PBEM. I will mainly associate with the AAR propaganda (such as throwing a spear with the declaring war letter into your backyard).;)

1. Only 1 port strike on turn one.

2. The maxium number of ships at ASW TF is 6.

3. Minium altitude for 4E bombers on naval assault is 15 000 feet.

4. No changing HQ units in order to save PP.

5. PP must be paid for Manchuko and Chinese units in order operate out of their theatres.

6. Maxium number of operational aircraft on non atoll base: level x 50

7. Maxium number of operational aircraft on atoll base: level x 20 (Truk and Kwaleijin will go into x50 rule)

8. Maxium of 8 CV's in an hex. (4 CV's + 4 CVL/CVE ships)

9. If Japanese go for USSR than the Soviets need to be activated 7 turns before the assault.

10. When transfering aircraft long ranged bombers need to be on standby orders. This does not apply to fighters.

11. Only base hexes can be targeted on amphibitious invasions.

苏联这条狠赞，激活苏军后，给苏军一周时间重新部署。
rob也限制滩涂登陆了；）
限制机场后，不限滩涂登陆，太难反登陆了。

我看就加上机场和航母的限制，还有关东军改属前不得入关，还有日军主动激活苏联，需要给7天时间让苏联调整部署。
