红叶你没理解那个第2最好机动为作战高度的意思，是禁止普通战斗机4W以上高度（同温层）扫场和直掩，因为二战时的战斗机不可能在这个高度交战，飞行员会被冻僵的，发动机等飞机本身也会出问题。
