一、对战设置对战规则
3 {8 D1 m; `; _( _* ?1、战略轰炸限制:
' C- w. y# N+ S& T5 O实施战略轰炸仅限于对日美两国本土,同时禁止盟军利用中国、苏联基地和北太基地对日本实施战略轰炸。
" s/ c7 A8 D9 H+ h. J1 E2、北太作战限制:% w$ K. q( ]% V3 L5 d
双方在北太禁止一切形式的交战,北太的定义为横向53格以北北太平洋地区,包括阿拉斯加和北海道、库页岛。作为北太休战的补偿,双方部署在上述地区的部队视为最低驻军要求,一律禁止移动。. ^8 e$ D; M) S% m- A. q
3、四发使用限制:
) @7 v( z' e  W( f5 @% C禁止四发轰炸机对海、搜索、反潜,四发轰炸机最低任务高度为10000英尺。必须在5级以上机场执行任务,其中B29系列和兰开斯特系列必须在7级以上机场执行任务。
  F) w( `( g( k1 [* H5 ]( w4、鱼雷艇使用限制:
0 Q6 T4 _6 k, i$ u5 X; Q/ u单个基地限制编成上限为6艘PT的1个鱼雷艇编队,鱼雷艇仅限用于港口防御并只能在浅海移动。+ ]+ _, B) T6 p' q! ^7 l7 d
5、舰队编成限制:  P. I9 w3 n1 y0 O; N9 c* W
不得以单舰或小舰队方式停泊在前线港口,具体来说如果有多艘船只靠港,则每个舰队不少于4艘,此规则无论对敌控或我控港口均有效。目的是防止触发太多水面战。
! }. N1 T: B1 E- ]8 j7 [6、部队出国限制:3 E2 u5 Y5 z* J- t; B
6.1任何情况下盟军不得进入和利用苏联基地作战。/ Q/ I9 T/ j6 Q0 X% ]6 A! Y
6.2中国国军地面部队必须改属为中国远征军(HQ为NCAC、X部队、Y部队、Z部队)才能出国作战。
! l. L+ Z+ T, l8 X! P, b, J6.3英属印度司令部所属地面部队不得通过陆路进入缅甸作战。

日本满洲驻军8000战力必须满足,日军不得在45年之前攻击苏联,不得故意激活苏联。

禁止除攻击轰炸机外的任何飞机对海超低空(100英尺)攻击行为,所有飞机行动最地6000高度,鱼类几为5000。

美军只有隶属于ABDA和东南亚的司令部的地面部队才能在印度作战。
