1、战略轰炸限制：" _% M. b: F. r# x: s& j% C5 q( x
实施战略轰炸仅限于对日美两国本土，同时禁止盟军利用中国、苏联基地和北太基地对日本实施战略轰炸。9 s" C+ b% J8 O" \' ^

2、北太作战限制：  r% Z& p5 J8 Q: i# J) w3 h
双方在北太禁止一切形式的交战,北太的定义为横向53格以北北太平洋地区，包括阿拉斯加和北海道、库页岛。作为北太休战的补偿，双方部署在上述地区的部队视为最低驻军要求，一律禁止移动。% l! G7 h1 L4 Q. D5 M  e* f

3、四发使用限制：# T6 C4 d- @9 U
禁止四发轰炸机对海、搜索、反潜，四发轰炸机最低任务高度为20000英尺。必须在5级以上机场执行任务，其中B29系列和兰开斯特系列必须在7级以上机场执行任务。) @0 u% ?& D( @  d- @
/ W+ Q- |5 h5 F) \' x3 ?) |
4、鱼雷艇使用限制：5 X+ j$ H; W$ _) m' ^' D
单个基地限制编成上限为6艘PT的1个鱼雷艇编队，鱼雷艇仅限用于港口防御并只能在浅海移动。, q$ c! f4 O* k. ~& N2 o) h
( y+ ^2 L' |. A
5、舰队编成限制：
不得以单舰或小舰队方式停泊在前线港口，具体来说如果有多艘船只靠港，则每个舰队不少于4艘，此规则无论对敌控或我控港口均有效。目的是防止触发太多水面战。: q0 w8 Q5 D- Z% S

6、部队出国限制：
6.1任何情况下盟军不得进入和利用苏联基地作战。9 [. S9 }: v/ m+ R$ `
6.2中国国军地面部队必须改属为中国远征军（HQ为NCAC、X部队、Y部队、Z部队）才能出国作战。且必须在HQ到达后才可以相应改属。' u; {) k+ R) `
6.3英属印度司令部所属地面部队不得通过陆路进入缅甸作战。
6.4中国伪军只能在中国本土作战，泰国军队只能用于印度支那、马来半岛、缅甸作战。
6.5派遣军、关东军只有改属为非受限司令部的部队才能出战区作战。/ ^% V1 w! q* {; s+ h& l/ H
* N! l8 B% z, A$ M5 ]# y
7、日苏开战限制：
日本满洲驻军8000战力必须满足，日军不得在45年之前攻击苏联，不得故意激活苏联。

8、登陆限制：
只能登陆基地和潜在基地。/ m, a0 u% Y/ P# L% s

9、伞兵使用限制：# n5 m; J' W7 B8 U% L, m
单个伞兵部队同时只能在一个基地空降。如果空降突击战斗调整值小于1：1且战斗值小于1：1，此伞兵作重创处理，3个月内不允许再次空降。$ t9 {/ ]$ }1 o0 i5 \

10、飞机对海攻击使用限制：`
机型类别为中型轰炸机的需10000英尺以上高度执行对海任务。0 r- \  b% m. w! b
. K4 @: q' a$ v8 V1 z
11、美军地面部队印度洋战场使用限制：
美军只有隶属于ABDA和东南亚的司令部的地面部队才能在印度作战。( J7 y( U& l2 c3 I3 i

12、地图外移动限制：! m' ]+ I0 H& G& M
盟军不能将地图外的基地作为进攻出发点，除非所有可以作为出发点的基地全部被占。

13、地面部队改属限制：' [- |$ M3 }, {' W) [0 Q
日盟地面部队除国军外，改属必须达到编制的80%及以上，并且必须花费完全PP才能改属（即不能改属到同战区的其他HQ来达到节约PP的目的）; l- Q$ b5 ~3 }) ^4 w: ^
* z% z7 v4 I, }! L- g/ T
14、舰载机手动调整编制限制：
只有舰载机队才能在所隶属的舰艇上执行手动调整机队编制大小（resize），并且每艘舰艇只能1个机队进行调整，系统指定的编制调整除外。

15.同温层战斗机使用限制：3 Z) i& ~( Z; Q  s. B
禁止双方战斗机极限高度的同温层扫场和直掩行为，具体为双方战斗机执行扫场(Sweep)、直掩(CAP)任务的最大高度以该战斗机的第2最好机动性高度为上限。$ T' x* w( }, {: [5 h
  s! H/ O0 F2 @' k- _
16、地面部队堵路限制：
双方部队相邻格对向前进时，禁止采用小部队故意阻挠对方前进的堵路行为。& ]# f6 B/ b1 T4 v3 m+ m

16、日军资源地
巨港，巴力巴班和泗水这三地，若日方攻下，资源破坏超过50%，可以允许回档。算是给日方的一些优惠吧。

17、地面部队做战限制
不允许小部队突击消耗补给的行为。同时，需要注意过河自动突击的情况。+ }2 D6 }8 H" \

以上房规为基本房规，随着战事进行如发现不合理之处双方可以通过友好协商，重新修订部分房规条文。

这档陈荣可能仍用1123Q的存档，可能将来会出BUG, 房规中缺少对大艇使用限制# S$ R+ g; y1 o# U7 A: q
6.3英属印度司令部所属地面部队不得通过陆路进入缅甸作战。这个有时间限制没，历史上的1943年9月反攻缅甸，1944年8月占领密支那

首回合一定要同样版本的EXE，否则日军会有空子钻，建议盟军方面要求此首回合作废，待统一EXE后再进行首回合部署。

入缅的问题我们以27和红叶的为准。毕竟他们有实际经验。他们也是需要改属的。真到了44年，政治点是用不完的。
