機動部隊は一回だけ refuelできる（現状はそれだけはありました。ある人は一ヶ月単位で

機動部隊はhawaii近くでおく。。現状的ではない。　ところがPH攻撃は数日でいい。

KB在Ph攻击期间，只能进行一次海上加油行动（在有些进行过得游戏中，有玩家的KB整整一个月都在PH附近海域，实际上这是做不到的。PH的攻击行动只有数日

日本側のポートにrefuelしてから制限はない。

当然，在日方基地港口内的加油不作限制。

中国は9 infantry division はBurma/India にいける。　そのdvisionは最初にBurmaに入れない。

本格的なburma/india攻めが始まる（Tavoy, Victoria`s pointの攻めは本格的と考えてない Singaporeへ

の攻撃です）か3/1/42になると china divisionは burma にいける。

中国有9个师的印缅部队。这些师最初不允许进入缅甸。当日军正式开始印缅攻略行动的时候或者42年3月1日开始，中国缅甸军队始能开始入缅。

对土瓦，维多利亚角的攻击不被看作是对缅甸的进攻，而是对新加坡方向的进攻

２、No land combats in North Pacific, including Alaska, Aleutian islands, north of Hokkaido, and kamchatka.

３、No attack on Heavy Industry,man power, resource, oil and all other facilities controlled by Japan except the 4 main islands. The strategy attack for china is forbidden.

4、 Only air groups designed by game can run night air attacks、except B-29.

5、.No US marine Cosairs on carrier anytime, when using carriers transport cosairs, the mission of cosair should be set on"stay down". No britain cosairs on US carriers.

６、No allies aircrafts can use Russia bases before russia join the war.

７、The total number of aircrafts for CV tf is limited to 600 per hex, number of CV is not restricted.

８. No small units entering enemy units hex to stop them from moving. Recon purpose mission can only be executed once.

第一日，南云继续了他的低迷状态，PH攻击机集体忘记携带鱼雷，战果微乎其微。

% E/ A# t; N& y
好在威克岛顺利拿下。算是挽回了一些面子。
