1、战略轰炸限制：
- e* L0 w" z8 o/ o! {实施战略轰炸仅限于对日美两国本土，同时禁止盟军利用中国、苏联基地和北太基地对日本实施战略轰炸。: C, `" i5 O# ?# s
2、北太作战限制：
