说实话,从登陆场一路畅通无阻的沿高速公路推进到查特斯堡,战斗(事实上除了行军没有任何战斗)之顺利完全出乎大本营的预料,甚至到达查特斯堡当天澳军都无动于衷,本来有机会把飞机全部转走,结果第二天发起攻击时,十几个中队还在机场上阅兵呢。
