任务速度完全压倒巡航速度。。

这是一个小问题，算是一个BUG，AE在计算双方谁被对手偷袭时，参照了舰队的原始设定。% e  p7 K/ |3 Y% [7 X/ o/ P

$ _+ g5 I3 P# h. R个人认为，在实战中，舰队设定的移动速度影响到战果是没错的，但是目前的版本有点夸大了航速的影响。

只能解释巡航速度下双方船员和瞭望哨都在度假状态下，所以才能打成这样
