这是一个小问题，算是一个BUG，AE在计算双方谁被对手偷袭时，参照了舰队的原始设定。

只能解释巡航速度下双方船员和瞭望哨都在度假状态下，所以才能打成这样4 Y$ M9 h2 R' O3 J- S! F( U
