珍珠港周边很多dd编队，里面至少4艘CL.上回合DB被火鸡了一把，当时5队直掩，1队扫场。本回合遂派出2队021扫场珍珠港，2队021护航，准备最后一击。放弃轰炸BB了，不过珍珠港的对海攻击停止了2个回合了，准备赌一把。只有第一回合100扫场而重创的2队021负责直掩。（后来发现败笔所在，这2队的021少过10架）盟军2艘CV居然冲到KB 2格外，一场大战不期而遇。 
( J2 k) R! o {, u( L上午飘了一层云，下午盟军70%CAP出击，日军的2队满编021因为扫场任务，完全没有用上。第一波当场击沉企业号，列克星顿中三雷，起火重创。第二波遇到珍珠港的远程直掩，没有建树，不过列克已经大火重创。105架舰攻中8雷，盟军61架俯冲中10弹。。& j' V! c ?) o
