为了对遭到重创的miniKB达到最佳的追歼效果,盟军组成2支水面炮击编队,夜间岸轰阿恰布机场瘫痪其空中支援的能力,实际效果也非常明显,阿恰布机场明显用来提供直掩和空袭的大量日军陆海航被统统点了焰火。
