这3点没有人遇到过吗

缅甸补给限制取消前期对把印度补给转移到中国有利，对后期印度反攻有利

二、对战规则
1、战略轰炸限制：  p0 }4 N2 Z0 d9 H) J6 ~; }+ ]
实施战略轰炸仅限于对日美两国本土，同时禁止盟军利用中国、苏联基地和北太基地对日本实施战略轰炸。5 q, J8 T( h. u$ i. P
2、北太作战限制：5 r5 v9 J2 C& l% u: \
双方在北太禁止一切形式的交战，北太的定义为横向53格以北北太平洋地区，包括阿拉斯加和北海道、库页岛。作为北太休战的补偿，双方部署在上述地区的部队视为最低驻军要求，一律禁止移动。3 z8 K* c: f* |% `8 n
3、重型轰炸机四发使用限制：7 V6 L7 J) D! A1 A* c
禁止陆航四发轰炸机（机型类型为重型轰炸机）对海、搜索、反潜，海航4发允许搜索、反潜，四发轰炸机最低任务高度为10000英尺。B29系列和兰开斯特系列必须在7级以上机场执行任务，其他四发必须在5级以上机场执行任务。 : v/ U% r  ~1 I/ l, d
4、鱼雷艇使用限制：
单个基地限制编成下限为4艘PT的1个鱼雷艇编队，鱼雷艇仅限用于港口防御并只能在浅海移动。即PT编队中的PT数量没有上限，除非超出上限，PT可以制造5、舰队编成限制：) \7 k6 |% p2 R" u# G6 M8 e1 ]
不得以单舰或小舰队方式停泊在前线港口，具体来说如果有多艘船只靠港，则每个舰队不少于4艘，此规则无论对敌控或我控港口均有效。目的是防止触发太多水面战。
6、部队出国限制：
6.1任何情况下盟军不得进入和利用苏联基地作战。, V6 G2 ^! O+ J3 A* F( f- J
6.2中国国军地面部队必须改属为中国远征军（HQ为NCAC、X部队、Y部队、Z部队）才能出国作战。
7、日苏开战限制：. w. |. |# t. ^8 D/ T3 {8 O1 x, o
日本满洲驻军8000战力必须满足，日军不得在45年之前攻击苏联，不得故意激活苏联。: z; K- w% Z7 R. }0 b
8、登陆限制：0 M9 U4 V! ~; b0 s' |

9、伞兵使用限制：
必须整建制使用，同一伞兵部队同时只能在一个基地空降。0 Z, V; e  w( N
10、飞机对海攻击使用限制：
大艇不得对海攻击，双发对海不得低于6000英尺。
11、战斗机作战高度限制4 I% m; Z* P0 O
41年-42年5月：限高20000英尺
42年6月-42年12月：限高25000英尺1 D# _: R; t6 \8 `1 \8 A3 J
43年：限高30000英尺
44年及以后：不限高
