莫港战役前后持续了约半个月,其间盟军的战斗机,潜艇和大艇给日军造成了很大的损失,58在拉包尔以企业号为代价歼灭了日军的MiniKB数艘航空母舰,由于KB的全员到达继续增援莫港已经不现实。日军也集结了远超历史数量的日军进行珊瑚海战役,5,6个师团的日军在现阶段是很难阻挡的。

现在总结下开战近4个月的局势:

南洋方面,日军攻占了新加坡,巨港和巴达维亚,目前向泗水港挺进,荷兰部队协同从马来亚撤出的印度11th师据守在茉莉芬,该地目前堆积着14w补给,就目前日军在南洋的兵力来看1-2个月内很难拿下这个钉子
