问一下，那些日本备用机组装起来要多久？是不是作战的时候还携带着额外的机组，就是指比完整的飞机要多的机组数量？

没办法，海军不能打内战。除了罗马和日本这样的岛国和半岛国，其他国家的海军，有哪些是在内战时期特别强大的？
