其实可以动态判断，也不过就是手动为游戏加点设置而已

头一周的谈判达成概率为5%，第二周为20%，第三周为40%等，盟军军事指挥官（玩家）必须主动在不可回避的谈判达成之前，努力挽回局面。这样应该会诞生一些 大胆的战术& T" S, b+ {, U+ W4 \. G# H, _* K

当然啦，如果嫌D20麻烦' D% V# c* d5 I

我记得手册上的分数判定是从43年1月1日起判定
