731部队之类现在随着抗日神剧比较有名气，但日军在二战时的生化武器方面并不太行，使用在战场上基本没起到什么作用。虽然对中国民间造成过一些损害，但那说白了还是当时中国的医疗卫生条件太差，普通自然形成的瘟疫都比那个危害大。
